SoleVape’s Simple Refund Rules

1. When Can You Get a Refund?

Broken or Wrong Items: If your order arrives broken, wrong, or not working, we’ll give your money back or send a new one.
Unopened Items: If you don’t want the item anymore, send it back unopened within 14 days of getting it. You pay to send it back.

2. How to Get a Refund

Follow these steps:

Send It Back: We’ll tell you where to send the item. Pack it safely!
Wait for Refund: When we get the item, we’ll send your money back in 5-7 days.

3. How Will You Get Your Money Back?

We’ll return money to the same card, PayPal, or account you paid with.
Bank transfers (like SEPA) take a few extra days.

4. What Can’t Be Returned?

Opened/Used Items: If you opened or used the item, we can’t refund it (unless it’s broken).
Sale Items: Discounted items might have special rules. Check when you buy.

5. Want to Exchange?

Contact us! We’ll try to swap the item for another one, but it depends on what’s in stock.
